We offer a 30-day refund policy starting from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your first purchase, you're eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund:

Request your refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Only first-time orders of one unit are eligible. Multi-pack or bulk orders are not refundable unless defective.
The product must be unused or lightly used and in original condition.
All original packaging and accessories must be returned (if applicable).
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
