30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy starting from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your first purchase, you're eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request your refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Only first-time orders of one unit are eligible. Multi-pack or bulk orders are not refundable unless defective.

  • The product must be unused or lightly used and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be returned (if applicable).

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription or recurring orders (after the first shipment)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Orders past the 30-day window


How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo of the product (if opened, defective, or damaged)

We’ll provide you with return instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a refund — no hassle.
